“ONE DAY INDUSTRIAL VISIT OF M.SC CHEMISTRY STUDENTS AT HINGANA MIDC AND MIHAN PROJECT NAGPUR” 12 Jan 2017

As per the curriculum of M.Sc Chemistry students are expected to visit prominent industries and companies for the practical exposure and insight to real working environment. So with the help of MCED, Nagpur department of chemistry organized one day industrial visit at Hingna MIDC and MIHAN project on 12 Jan 2017.

Mr. H. R. Waghmare, Project Officer MCED, Udyag Bhavan Nagpur accord us permission to visit 10 minor industries in Hingna MIDC and also arrange the special meet with secretary of MIHAN project. He also made arrangement of one guide Mr. Rammilan Kashyam who is his Assistant to accompany us. Department is really very thankful to both of them for giving their valuable time to us.

Speciality of this visit is that we focus on minor industries which are run with very low manpower and low budget. We got a very fruitful idea from it. We got a idea of, what is needed to run the industries? And what help government does to install new company.

We were 54 people for visit, out of 4 were teachers and others were the students of M.Sc I & II year. Dr. Indira Soni, Dr. Sanjay Thakare, Mr. P. D. Ashtaputrey guide student during visit of industries and Dr.R. R. Tayade had a responsibility of organization of this one day trip. It was really learning experience for all the students of M.Sc Chemistry

At MIHAN Campus

FIVE DAYS LONG TOUR OF RAJASTHAN
(2nd - 6th March, 2017)

Dr. Indira Soni, Dr. Naqui Siddiqui and Dr. Rajendra Tayade were the Teacher In-charge of this five days long tour of M.Sc. Chemistry students with one Mr. Sunil Mankar one supporting member. Total 46 students visited to different location of Jaipur and Ranthambore of Rajasthan State.

Day wise planning of tour as per follow.

Day-One: (2nd March)

We are gathered at Nagpur railways station then we proceed for onward journey of Jaipur. We reached Jaipur on at 10 am of 3rd march.

Day- Two: (3rd March)

On arrival at Jaipur railway station we get transferred in to hotel then get fresh up after taking breakfast started fullday local sighting of Jaipur. On this day we visited Birla Temple which has very beautiful interior design and construction then we went for KANAK Temple and garden which is very famous shooting location for films. After that we seen Jalmahal which is situated exactly at the middle of Lake and has a very pretty look. Street shopping also available at there.

Day - Three: (4th March)

After taking dinner and rest at hotel we wakeup at early morning start next journey of Ranthambore which 180Km away from Jaipur. On arrival ar Ranthambore we proceed for Jangal Safari in Ranthambore Zoological National Park. It Was really Fabulous and memorable experience for all of us. At evening all students and staff took a enjoy of DJ Night and Swimming at hotel.

Day - Four: (5th March)

In the morning we again start return journey of Jaipur and directly went for Amer Fort which is a very beautiful heritage and honour of Rajsthan State. In the return journey of railways station we sited, Jantar-Mantar, Hawamahal, City Palace, Shopping spots.

At the evening of 5th March we were at railway station of Jaipur for return journey with lots of Memories and Photographs. Also with the commitment with own we defiantly visit it again in life. At 11.00am we reached at Nagpur back.
